TERMS OF USE
Welcome to Vipsalon.com. This site is provided by VIP Hair Salon, INC
(referred to throughout this site as "Vipsalon.com") as a service
to our customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern
your use of our Site (the "Agreement"). Please note that your
use of our Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and
be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may "bookmark"
a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your
use of this Site still binds you to the Terms. Vipsalon.com reserves the
right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without
prior notice. Your use of the VIPSALON.COM Web site following any such
change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound
by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage
you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Web site.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will be sent UPS Ground unless you prefer UPS Express
Delivery such as Three-Day, Two-Day, etcetera. Please note that UPS does
not deliver to P.O. Boxes, therefore, you must check the PO or APO radial
boxes in the shipping information form at check out.
Domestic Shipping Time
Average delivery
time West Coast is 3-4 Business days.
Average delivery time East Coast is 5-6 business days.
By placing an order you agree that you understand that it may take up
to 10 business days to deliver mechandise.
All Domestic orders take 1 day to process, not counting Saturday or Sunday.
Delviery time varies from state to state. Since we are in Arizona California
usually takes about 2 business days for UPS to deliver, and Maine takes
about 5 business days in transit for it to arive. UPS does not deliver
on Saturday or Sunday.
If your product is out of stock you will receive an email
at the end of the 3rd day to notify you. You may respond to the email
with one of 3 choices.
1. Complete Cancelation of the order.
2. Cancel the items which are out of stock.
3. Wait for items to come available from distributor.
International Shipping
All international shipments are sent via FedEx International Ground or
FedEx International Express. Many countries require you to pay a customs
fee to receive delivery of your package. These charges are determined
separately by the government of your country and as such, we have no control
over those costs. VIPSalon.com does not cover such costs. International
delivery takes about 7-21 days.
VIP Members and Coupon Usage Rules and Regulations
1. Coupon must be entered with order at the time of purchase to be valid,
Customer service Reps are not able to credit a customer for a coupon submitted
after the order is placed, no exceptions sorry.
2. Coupons must be used by VIP Members only and may not be shared.
3. In order for coupons to be valid , customers must be members of VIP
Email Coupon Club.
4. To become a member of the coupon club , simply do not check the do
not email box on final order page.
C ustomers are automatically enrolled for savings alerts after 1st purchase.
5. To drop out of the coupon club simply reply to one of the emails with
remove as the subject.
6. As of Jan 1st, 2005 coupons are valid untill expiration date only.
Returns and Credits
If you are sent a incorrect item do to our error, we will
ship out the correct item to you immediately as well as dispatch UPS to
pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us.
If you happen to order the wrong product, you are able to
return this item to us and exchange it for the correct item. To do this
you must return this item to us at your own expense, and upon return of
this item we will ship out the exchanged item to our at our expense.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products only! We credit the FULL
AMOUNT of the product upon return. The product(s) must be returned to
us within 30 days of purchase. Please send your insured, postage-paid
package to us via U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS. This will ensure protection
over loss and damages as well as prompt delivery. Shipping and handling
fees are nonrefundable. If you have had a allergic reaction to a skin
care product we will accept the product back as long as at least 90% of
the product is left.
We Charge a 20% restocking fee for any product that is returned
in its original condition, due to customers changing their minds or customers
refusing the order when upon deliverer.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: Credit card credits take an average of 5 business
days to be posted back to your account. Credits under $1.00 are not applicable
for refund due to credit card processing fees.

VIPSALON Inc. values the privacy of our customers and
takes reasonable measures to safeguard that information from unauthorized
use. The following is a detailed explanation of our privacy policy with

on our networks. All employees that we do hire have to sign a confidentiality

employee has access, to other individuals or entities. We also have back
up servers and power supplies to guard against power outages and other
natural occurrences that could pose a threat to the integrity of your
personal information. Passwords are required in order for you to gain
access to your account. Once an account has been terminated, measures
are taken to remove those users from the system who no longer need access
to our system. Our servers are manned 24-hours a day, in a building that
is UL approved for fire protection. Any information submitted by a customer
by other means such as the mail, or by facsimile, is stored in a secure
area that requires a key to gain access to. Access to this information
is limited to only those employees who need the information in order to
do their job effectively.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept
and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse
or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not
be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information
is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that
may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities
available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information,
or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We
may also require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is
canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we
will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Pricing Information
While VIPSALON.COM strives to provide accurate product and pricing information,
pricing or typographical errors may occur. VIPSALON.COM cannot confirm
the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item
is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an
error in pricing or product information, VIPSALON.COM shall have the right,
at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that
item. In the event that an item is mispriced, VIPSALON.COM may, at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and
notify you of such cancellation.
We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible on VIPSALON.COM
as well as in our stores. However, sometimes a price online does not match
the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in
your particular geographic region, store pricing will sometimes differ
from online prices.Prices and availability are subject to change without
notice.
Quantity Limits & Dealer Sales
VIPSALON.COM reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased
per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable
to orders placed by the same Vipsalon account, the same credit card, and
also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will
provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided
should such limits be applied. VIPSALON.COM also reserves the right to
prohibit sales to dealers. If you are interested in purchasing multiple
quantities of items for a corporation or institution, please contact us

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and
supersedes all prior agreementsand representations between them. If any
provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason,

breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver

residents entered into and to be performed within California. Any action
or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use

User Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other
submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to VIPSALON.COM on or by this
Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your
use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and
remain VIPSALON.COM's property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of
any Comments shall constitute an assignment to VIPSALON.COM of all worldwide
rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual
properties in the Comments.
