Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will be sent Fed-Ex Ground or USPS ground unless you prefer Fed-Ex Express
Delivery such as Three-Day, Two-Day, etcetera. Please note that Fed-EX does
not deliver to P.O. Boxes, therefore, you must check the PO or APO radial
boxes in the shipping information form at check out.
Domestic Shipping Time
Average delivery time West Coast
is 5-7 Business days.
Average delivery time East Coast is 5-8 business days.
All Domestic orders take 3 day to process, not counting Saturday or Sunday.
Delviery time varies from state to state. Since we are in Arizona California
usually takes about 2 business days for Fed-EX to deliver, and Maine takes
about 5 business days in transit for it to arive. UPS does not deliver
on Saturday or Sunday.
If your product is out of stock you will receive an email
at the end of the 3rd day to notify you. You may respond to the email
with one of 3 choices.
1. Complete Cancelation of the order.
2. Cancel the items which are out of stock.
3. Wait for items to come available from distributor.
International Shipping
All international shipments are sent via FedEx International Ground or
FedEx International Express. Many countries require you to pay a customs
fee to receive delivery of your package. These charges are determined
separately by the government of your country and as such, we have no control
over those costs. VIPSalon.com does not cover such costs. International
delivery takes about 7-21 days.
VIP Members and Coupon Usage Rules and Regulations
1. Coupon must be entered with order at the time of purchase to be valid,
Customer service Reps are not able to credit a customer for a coupon submitted
after the order is placed, no exceptions sorry.
2. Coupons must be used by VIP Members only and may not be shared.
3. In order for coupons to be valid, customers must be members of VIP
Email Coupon Club.
4. To become a member of the coupon club, simply do not check the do not
email box on final order page.
Customers are automatically enrolled for savings alerts after 1st purchase.
5. To drop out of the coupon club simply reply to one of the emails with
remove as the subject.
6. As of Jan 1st, 2005 coupons are valid until expiration date only.
Military Personnel
We will ship your order to an APO or FPO address. Choose the APO radial
upon check out, and Thanks for watching ours we will be watching yours
with a discounted shipping rate.
Returns and Credits
We accept returns of unopened, unused products only! We credit the FULL
AMOUNT of the product upon return. The product(s) must be returned to
us within 30 days of purchase. Please send your insured, postage-paid
package to us via U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS. This will ensure protection
over loss and damages as well as prompt delivery. Shipping and handling
fees are nonrefundable. If you have had a allergic reaction to a skin
care product we will accept the product back as long as at least 90% of
the product is left.
We Charge a 20% restocking fee for any product that is not
returned in its original condition and/or packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to use will not be refunded.
If your package is returned to VIP marked as refused, unclaimed
or undeliverable, and would like to have it reshipped to you, we will
unfortunately need to charge the original shipping fee for the order.
Please note: Credit card credits take an average of 5 business
days to be posted back to your account. Credits under $1.00 are not applicable
for refund due to credit card processing fees.
